Mr. Sutherland has 6 1/2 years of Military experience in the Air National Guard and more than 10 years in heavy highway construction. Mr. Sutherland started this company out of entrepreneurial fortitude, a strong desire to impact his community, surrounding areas, and to create a lasting footprint in the infrastructure industry.

Kevin's military experience has been a vast benefit by means of working with government agencies .
